My husband and I had approximately $250.00 in gift cards and made appointments to finally use them- post COVID. We drove 45 minutes to get to our appointment and the receptionist said the gift cards weren’t in their system and then called the manager for assistance. Up until today LOVED this place. Now get a call 2 1/2 hours away from my massage to schedule with someone else. Hell no not ok with me. I see one person! Now I have to wait 3 weeks to get in. Nothing they will do about it either. Just raise prices and say sorry. Nothing else. Horrible customer service.
Visited the Maple Grove location and my appt started 15 min late with zero apology, i specified deep tissue and didnt get that type of pressure, specified focus on shoulders and maybe 8 min total was spent on them. Also was told an hour massage gets 55 min of hands on time meanwhile i was out in 45 min. Very disappointed.
