Have been a huge fan of this place for massages (just had one with Kayla that was amazing!) but recently tried their new facial service and was actually blown away. As someone with sensitive skin and eczema, going to a new esthetician can be daunting. Sofia was so attentive, she listened closely to what I was looking for and responded with such care. My wife gifted me a massage and I had the pleasure of Jada being my therapist. As someone who's had many massages throughout my 54 years, I must say that Jada's expertise stands out - her technique made this massage the best I've ever experienced. Really relaxing & thorough massage. The space was clean and relaxing and booking was easy! Will definitely come back.
It's been a good run with massage Passyunk, but when my regular masseuse left... Who I followed here from another spa... I tried to stop my recurring monthly billing. When I called I was asked to wait until Friday to cancel, while they figured some things out. It never dawned on me but, Friday was my next billing cycle. So, shame on me, duped. Really underhanded. But I won't be duped again
