Love the Sound Bath. I also had a facial that was relaxing. The people are wonderful, too. Many services are offered and some are even available in the evening. You will find relaxation and rejuvenation here!
I just had the most healing, energizing 9D Breathwork session with Lauren Wallace-Stahl. Every part of the session brought focus, peace, and confidence to move forward past trauma into contented peace.
