I had a 30-minute back massage here today and unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience. The therapist spent most of the massage using her elbow with excessive pressure, which was extremely painful. I even asked her if she could please be more gentle, but she laughed and continued with the same level of force. Throughout the treatment she had an AirPod in and was breathing heavily over me, which made the experience feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. I went in for a remedial massage. Suzi was excellent and really tried to get all my knots out. I liked that the rooms were spacious and private unlike some that just have a curtain.

I wrote a review a few weeks ago and was contacted by two people who stated I would receive a refund if I considered removing my review. I provided my details, but contact then completely stopped. I later went into the shop, showed them the messages, and asked when I would receive my refund. I was told that the number contacting me belonged to the manager and that they would be in touch the following day. It has now been a week, and I’ve heard nothing. The most unrelaxing and overstimulating “massage” I have ever gotten. I got the head spa special and the head massage was just the lady scratching my head with her nails extremely hard, their was no massage factor to it, she would slightly press my shoulders and just move her hands around my neck area with no pressure.
