I wrote a review a few weeks ago and was contacted by two people who stated I would receive a refund if I considered removing my review. I provided my details, but contact then completely stopped. The most unrelaxing and overstimulating “massage” I have ever gotten. I got the head spa special and the head massage was just the lady scratching my head with her nails extremely hard, their was no massage factor to it, she would slightly press my shoulders and just move her hands around my neck area with no pressure. When the message began, I felt something was wrong and knew it wasn’t the service I had asked for. When I communicated this with the therapist, she insisted to keep going which I then asked to speak to the manager. Asking for the treatment that I originally wanted, I was met with the rudest and unprofessional way, which I have never experienced from any other place before. I really enjoyed the head spa here. It was extremely comfortable and relaxing, and the scalp massage felt wonderful. I will definitely come back again.
The head spa was amazing! Very relaxing and comfortable. I felt refreshed and stress-free after the treatment. Highly recommended.
