We went there for a couple massage on my birthday..my girlfriend and I both said both massage therapist didn’t know what they were doing massage was terrible..We were both disappointed I see why she canceled her membership there and went to massage envy and we gave them both a $15 tip

Booked an appointment 3 weeks ago, and had completely forgotten about it with the craziness of packing for vacation. I received no courtesy call or email reminder. They charged my card $90 and told me I wasn't going to get a refund or a credit that was I basically "out of luck". The women in the phone was so rude I honestly couldn't believe it.
company wont honor old groupon due to change of ownership. Was told one thing by staff and another thing happened. Basically paid for a 100$ group on and got a facial, never able to use the massage portion of the gift. waste of money. Company didn't try very hard to help make this right.
I had a great experience today. Scott worked out my kinks and was very nice about continually asking me if I was good. He made me feel very comfortable. I will be back. Maybe a couples massage? Everyone there seems so nice.
I always feel like a million $$ when I leave. Ask for Dawn.
Incredibly rude staff. Would not recommend if you desire a relaxing experience.
