Been coming here for a long time. Have a member ship, never had a problem till the last visit , not very happy with my last visit on April 15 2018 and I should have got up and left.
I really don't want to give a bad review, because I really enjoyed my massage with Mary it was very relaxing!! Exactly what I needed!! The problem came after with the Manager, David, VERY RUDE, someone made a mistake when I purchased a gift card as a gift. While trying to get this matter addressed, he was very rude so much as raising his voice to me when I was trying to show him the amount I purchased did not match the amount on the card. Severely disappointed in the lack of professionalism by the guy that answered the phone today. He never gave his name either time he spoke on the phone with me. I asked specifically for separate rooms for our massages and he booked us in 1. Called back to rectify his error and he was very rude about it. My boyfriend and I have been members for something shy of a year, we love it here! The reception is friendly, and the therapists are amazing! I regularly see Jess, her massages are the most relaxing! My boyfriend regularly sees Jessica and always feel great afterwards! We both have physical jobs and find that this type of therapy is a game changer for our minds and bodies! Thanks ladies! :)
