The staff is always professional and polite. My massage therapist is wonderful and remembers how the previous sessions were, adjusting where needed.

The massage I had today was great, however, I did have some issues with the length of the massage. Our scheduled appointment was for 2pm, once all said and done, my husbands and my masseuse started the massage at 215 pm (we got the couples massage package). After the massage was over for the both of us, it was only 3pm. Now I know they usually space out 10 min to undressed/dressed, but that extra 5 minutes we could of gotten would of been nice. I'm paying for a 1 hr (realistically 50 min) massage, not a 45 minute one.
Had an amazing massage from Jacob H today. It truly was incredible. I left there feeling amazing! Would recommend to anyone.
