So not sure why negatively .....but this was the best first time experience ever.. Professional from reception to the massage.....I have complaints....enjoyed every minute....

It was my birthday weekend!! I set an appointment for a couples massage, this would have been my FIRST time ever trying out massage green. I went in for my appointment and the story that I was told was that: "We had to cancel your appointment because we did not remember if it was for a single or a couples massage. We tried to call you but we did not get an answer". I asked if a message was left (because I NEVER received a call) and the rep says, "Oh well my manager called so I don't know". have had nothing but problems with Massage Green Spa...would never be able to get the same person. Was told they treat their employees bad and try to shorten your actual massage time. Do not recommend at all.
They help me relax after hitting the gym hard each month. Helped me find out I work my left side a lot more than my right. I have to even things out. :)
