Wanted to let everyone know about our experience with Massage Green, Rocky River. Beware. I had been on their monthly plan prior to COVID. when COVID hit, I had asked if we should cancel this, however they continued to withdraw money from my account. Quite possibly the worst run business I have ever come into contact with. My fiancé and I drove an hour to go in for a massage in early July and showed up 15 min early only to be told they had us booked 90 minutes earlier. We showed them the confirmation email and call we made to them showing they had the wrong time at their system and we arrived at the correct time. Let me remind you and Erica of the facts: you failed to enter your real telephone number when booking your initial appointment online -therefore were not able to contact you in regards to your therapist having an emergency. We attempted to resolve YOUR mistake with offering over $100.00 in complementary services. It's more like a 30 minute massage. I bought a Groupon and I have never had to pay taxes on the Groupon but here I did. Not worth the money I paid for it. I was never offered the Sauna at all even though it was a part of my Groupon. It was literally get dressed, here is your water, and go. Very poor customer service. I paid a total of 60 dollars for 30 minutes. Go to Spavia in Strongsville. It's worth it!
I had a 1 hour massage today by Arielle. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming and polite. I was not totally satisfied with my massage. Arielle has long nails and would periodically scratch me during the massage. She seemed not to notice. It was so irritating I couldn't really relax. Other than the scratching the massage was alright. After the massage I was offered water in a styrofoam cup from a water fountain. A bottle of water would have been much better or even filtered water from a cooler...maybe I'm asking too much.... read more
Had my first IR sauna session on relaxation and it was amazing. Love the atmosphere of this facility. I recommend them 100% and I will be back.
Attempted to cancel my subscription three times however with the numerous and multiple front desk associates with no knowledge on how to help me I was still charged and they were unable to refund my money. Poor customer service, poor representation of their company with how I was treated over the telephone. They refused to tell me the manager’s name, and were incompetent.
Very shady billing practices, we have now canceled our IR sauna package TWICE and STILL GOT BILLED!! Insane. I would never this place your credit or debit card.
