Everyone in the office is wonderful, from the front desk staff, to the hygienists to Dr.Chambers! They explain what they are doing and answer any questions you may have! I have always had anxiety when it comes to my dentist appointments and they make me feel comfortable and calm.
Friendly Staff! Answers to all questions answered. Always takes the time to explain costs, insurance issues and or any information you may need.
I was absolutely nervous coming to get my teeth cleaned and examined. I haven't been to a dentist in 10 years! Everyone there was amazing. They made sure I was comfortable and doing well during my whole visit. I was told I need to get a root canal and surprisingly with how amazing their staff is im not worried about getting it done at all. Thank you everyone!
I was having extreme tooth pain and needed a crown. Dr. Koepsel got me in quickly and made the crown the same day!! Staff was extremely nice and professional. Thank you all so much!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👊🏻
Great experince. the whole office is quite and calm, could not ask for better.
Great service all the way around. Really who likes to go to the dentist? They start taking care of you as soon as you walk through the door and start putting you at ease.
Joyce and Sany are always very friendly and take care of my needs nicely. Michele the hygienist was very friendly and accommodating. She also worked hard on cleaning my teeth and zi think she did an excellent job; in fact I think better than a lot of others. The doctor also was very nice . Also was able to answer my questions.
Seriously, I LOVE going to EWD, interacting with the awesome staff and getting off my feet and being taken care of. I highly recommend EWD for excellent care and service!
Great work, really appreciate Dr. Koepsel's good care and great skill. He listened & didn't try to rush me along. I like that. I also appreciate that with a broken tooth, you were able to take care of me the next day after I called. Thank you!
