RecommendedI’ve been a member for years. I love the place. Some therapists are better than others but I can’t complain about any of them. My favorite one just left so that’s disappointing but tried a new one and she’s wonderful. She was running 10 min late and they called to let me know. She gave me back my 10 min.

I have had a membership for years and have a somewhat unpredictable work schedule so it isn't always easy to schedule a week or more in advance. I've called to book appointments on several occasions when nothing was available if I didn't book a week or more in advance. I've also often gotten a message and an offer for a return call which either never comes or comes hours after I've left the message. I have so many massage credits and am getting so frustrated trying to use them.
I was gifted a massage and it was only my 2nd professional massage. It was wonderful. I told my girl what the problem has been and she worked on resolving the issue. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be going back for more! Nothing like having your body feeling better.
I have been going to this location and seeing Ellis for 2+ years now. Best massage each time. Clean location and friendly staff.
