Therapist did not know what the heck she was doing.... cried for 25 minutes, told her it hurt, never changed her pattern always in one direction over and over until my spine popped, unable to lift and so much bruising!
My massage therapist was really awesome she got a lot of knots and Kinks out of my neck I wish the pricing was a little cheaper for non-members I've never been a fan of autopay and to be a member you have to set up an auto-pay that comes out of your checking account every month someone who lives paycheck-to-paycheck I really don't like that option! I probably won't go back since it's $90 for a one-hour massage as a non-member but my overall massage was very nice and the experiences was very nice, if your budget can afford it... read more

Poor business practices and customer service. I have 9 massages and cancelled my membership. They will not allow you to use your accrued massage credits once your account is closed which is not made apparent when you sign up with them. They are currently in process of settlement for a lawsuit over this very issue. With the settlement you will be allowed to use your accrued massages with limitations.
