SCAM SCAM SCAM. How much do I hate the Vancouver locations (I do not feel this way about other locations in other states)? I could write a book about the bad business practices and bait and switch policies. Currently because of a new policy, I'm now charged extra (aka penalized for signing up in another state years ago) for trying to use my services. I purchased a $400.00 gift card for my sister and they are telling her it's a 6 month membership that has expired. There is no mention on the gift card of expiration. She has used it once. I'm totally shocked and will certainly inform my many friends in Vancouver that use their services to be wary -- BE VERY WARY -- SHAME ON YOU, ME!!!!
After being told that there would be a location coming soon, closer to my home instead of the current one which is over 25 miles away from our current nearest massage envy, we left our membership open. Fast forward a couple of years and we have over 25 massages stored up each and still no local massage envy. Terrible place to go to business practices are terrible with the guests and the Employees! Don’t get a massage or work there either!
Drove all the way to the office and arrived at 10. Supposed to open a 8 am. Nobody there all dark and locked up. I called and left a message and still at 2:30 no call back. The east vancouver office said they have no idea why it isn’t open. I’m so upset. At least they could have called me and let me know what was up. I will take my business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time
Love it here. Everyone is helpful and greats you with a smile. My therapist has amazing hands and listens to what I need worked on each time. I would recommend a membership to anyone!
Was very dissatisfied. I got a chemical peel and it didn't work. Absolutely nothing happened. I called and told them. They weren't about to try and make it good. Said oh that sometimes happens. If you go for a chemical peel shouldn't a thin layer peel ?
I am never disappointed! They do exactly what I want! Extremely happy!
