If it wasn't for the amazing massage therapist, I would never return to this location. The front desk staff and location manager, lack severe customer service skills! They're rude, aggressive and ignorant. Once my membership is finished, I'll return to my original location. It's unfortunate the therapist is the one who suffers due to lack of communication and efforts.
Kiya is amazing. You need to book in advance and worth the wait.
I have been a member for over a year now. Eleanor is amazing for skin care and facials. Kiyah is my absolute favorite masseuse. She is phenomenal and takes amazing care of me. The team is always very friendly and professional. Facility is always super clean.
