They are worst place.. do not sign a contract with them! The did not return calls or emails back in May when they were closed. I move to another state I wanted to gift the remaining massages to my daughters. I had to continue to pay to give one a month away. I ended up being so irritated I canceled so I paid them 500. That I will never see no customer appreciation from ME I also called the main office, but again nothing. Pay an independent Massage Therapist don’t line there pockets! Unfortunately, had one of the worst massages from this place and I have been a Massage Envy client for almost a decade. The manager, MC, can't even be bothered to return a phone call. Find another ME to go to.

I have a massage monthly and it’s great! People here are awesome, I definitely recommend this place for anyone who suffers from chronic pain like I do.

I’ve been getting massages for over 20-years. I’ve been getting massages & stretches at Massage Envy West Jordan for over 6-years and I have loved every single visit. The therapist’s have all been not only amazing at massage, but also informative and helpful with my back pain and recovery. I even recently started bringing my 6’3 x 14-year old son for stretching to help with his back pain. Thank you to Craig, Alisa and Andrew! My back loves you guys!
I went to the West Jordan location for a facial and had a great experience. I was able to get scheduled right away and loved the results.
I'm just moving into Utah from California. I strained something a little and stopped by Massage Envy at lunch. I asked if I could get a 30- or 15-minute massage around the affected area while on my lunch break. They insisted that I couldn't have less than a one-hour appointment even though they had therapists there and available. I am new in town, in pain, and they had the resources to help, but they refused. I'll never walk through their door again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away.
