My daughter and I went in for two 60 minute massages. I have been a member for over year at another location. My massage was great, I had a wonderful therapist named Shonda. My daughter on the other hand, had a less than 20 minute underrated massage from a therapist who stated she was having a mental break down and walked out. My hubby was given a gift certificate for am introductory massage. He offered the coupon before start. They said he should hold it to the end. he settled up, they charged an additional $40 over the coupon! Said he had had an intro massage before, he was not a member, and they had just raised their rates....no hint of any of this while he had the opportunity to not do the massage. We will never be back to any Massage Envy location. Really bad business practices!
Poor customer service! If they are booked for the weekend then they didn't hire enough people! Also they don't do 30 minutes massages at this location so why are you here? I have not used the services but I have purchased two gift certificates for other people. I will not do that again! This company is selling memberships not individual services! Thank you but no thank you.
