People are very Friendly, Therapists are well trained and skilled. Only concern i have with this location is they do not manage the online booking app. I had to send 5 separate requests before finally someone responded. This is not the first time this happened, it happens every time i try to book online.
Have only seen Brenda there, she's amazing. The first time I went, I was having severe nerve pain in my left arm and wrist and she worked it out. The staff are extremely friendly. I recommend Brenda to everyone I know.
Apparently stress relief includes digging thumbs into places where you told the masseuse that it already hurt. HIGHLY dissastified. I couldn't even enjoy and relax from my massage because I was rushed out of the room AND I was in pain the entire time. Best part, she was "light-medium pressure" I'd hate to see anything more than that!
Wonderful massage with Taylor! She is great at trigger point and stretching. I had a horrible knot in my shoulder which she was able to work out. :) She truly listens to your needs and focuses on problem areas. Thanks Taylor you rock! I also had my first facial with Julie. She needs an amazing job at making my skin feel smooth and radiating. The vitamin c facial did wonders. Thank you Julie!
Worst massage I have ever had. And I have had many. Becky was rude disrespectful and didn't really care the entire massage was painful. I have had deep tissue. She was ridiculuous....would not even let up when I was displaying pain.... will never got to this location again if this of the kind of staffing they have I'll stick with Port Orange.
