I love the staff & the flexible scheduling. I’m a member, I go for a facial & back facial between every 2-3 weeks. Due to my work I often have to reschedule. Last night was one of the nights I had to re-schedule. I forgot the girls name but you are the real MVP for understanding and rescheduling me for Tuesday! The front desk is nice & I love Cecelia & Julie ♥️

I just wanted to say Thank you to massage therapist Rebecca Wheatly! You did such a wonderful job yesterday with my massage. You really did well focusing on where my pain was coming from and using specific techniques to fix it. My shoulder is not hurting today and I am not even sore! Thank you so much!! You are AWESOME! Yesterday I walked in to inquire about getting a membership since I had been given a gift card & was literally at the counter waiting on an associate for 10 minutes {I timed it} to acknowledge me while she's having a very personal conversation on the phone. Once she decided to give me the time of day, I thanked her for her inattentive behavior & left. I signed a membership with Massage Envy WEST MELBOURNE whom has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
