Had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff was welcoming and my therapist really helped me with some back pain I've been experiencing. The membership is a great value, so I joined and can't wait for my next massage.
MaryPat was a miracle worker! My arm was on fire when I went in she made it feel a million times better. Every person I encountered was friendly and genuinely concerned about my problems and making my visit wonderful.
Went for my very first time yesterday. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean and comforting atmosphere. Nicole was awesome and very friendly, plus easy to work with. Will be asking for her again, can't wait until next month!
Alyssa is just a miracle worker. With my pregnancy, I've had the worst muscular pain - from my neck to my feet. She takes the time to listen to me complain and tailors her massage to help whatever may be ailing me at that appointment! You certainly will NEVER regret scheduling an appointment with her!
Don't ever "freeze" your membership. You will still have to pay an extra month, even if you have already gone through a year of your contract. Make sure you read the fine print because the customer service reps will NOT tell you all charges you will have to pay! Never joining a monthly program like this again - they're great at only taking your money!
I've been going to Alyssa at Massage Envy in Victor, NY for about 7 months now, she is the only masseuse I have ever gone back to more than once... She knows my problem areas, and always does an amazing job working all of my knots out, best deep tissue massage ever!! She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly - her skilled service and care is what sold me on the massage envy membership. Thanks Alyssa!
