Massage therapist tailored my massage, however, it still felt very "chain" in nature. Not individualized. Also, massages for 15 minutes not an hour as a therapist does a 10 minute intake with you. Not worth the price. The advantage is, I was able to be seen very quickly.
The person behind the register after my husband’s massage didn’t take a no for an answer when he was asked to join a “one” year membership. I was then told that it would be free to transfer it from him to myself but that ended up being $10 more per service. This “one” year membership actually automatically renews without any notice and definitely no disclosure when you sign this contract. Amazing experience. Trisha at the front desk has the sweetest personality. She was so welcoming and gave me the run down on how my appointment will go. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed! Dont go to the one in Webster, they like to cancel appoinments but not accomodate tye customer. Two montys in a row my appoinmtment gets canceled because once again a therapist left. Tracy and Alphonso are rude they expect the customers to accomodate them insyead of them accomodating the customer. Tyey refuse to cancel my husband and my contract and tyey refuse to refund us $240.00. I was told by Tracy why should they be accomodating to us when we wont be to them. Worst expetoenc ever, staff especially manager not customer oriented. Bad gift card business practices and does not own up to mistakes/ertors or even try to correct. Total lack of respect and accountability
