Massage Envy cancelled my appointment 5 times in 4 months and will not give me my money back. They want you to sign a contract to cancel that says you won't ask for your money back. This is so unethical for a big business. Don't use them unless you like wasting your money. The manager is insensitive.

She helped me discover and get on the way to healing my shoulder issue naturally and referred me to an amazing chiropractor that is also helping in addition to massage at massage envy. I cant thank her enough for her experience, knowledge, and professionalism that is helping me live an overall healthier life.
Always an enjoyable and relaxing experience. April is exceptionally good and extremely personable. In fact, all of the clinicians I have had are very good. They each have their own style.

NEVER book the last appointment of the day. You get charged and pay gratuity before service, then you get kicked out of the door before your hour is up.

Love my time at Massage Envy, 5 star professionalism, THE best therapy for Fibromyalgia in my opinion. And the Facials, well, who doesnt want to maintain a youthful complexion...I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
