Schedule an appointment. Called on a Friday to ask what time they open. They said 8:00 and asked if I'd like to set up an appointment. I didn't know how long it would take to get there, so I asked if they do walk-ins. They said walk-ins were always welcome. I drove about 45 minutes and got there about 8:45am. I was told their next available walk-in was at 7pm that night. A ten hour wait is not a walk-in... I headed home -- so a good hour and a half of driving and no massage.
