RecommendedI have had a lot of stress and carry it in my shoulders and back. It has been so bad that I was in actual pain from my stress knots. I got Jamie B for the first time. She was so sweet as professional. She really listened to my concerns. It was the best massage I have ever had. I will definitely be back to see her.

I have been a member of Massage Envy for several years (primarily Florida). Florida is pretty top-notch, so I was worried this location would lack in my expectations, I was wrong. Jamie has been my therapist at the Mishawaka location, and she is premier. She listens, and works diligently to get my knots out. She makes my migraines disappear, and leaves me so much more relaxed than when I walked in. The service is beyond professional throughout the entire process. I would recommend a membership at this location.
They called me the day of my massage to cancel and the best they could offer was a week and half later in the middle of a Saturday as a substitute. Didn’t even offer a discount for the inconvenience. This massage was supposed to be a birthday present from my husband and now he feels very guilty that it had to be canceled. I was so looking forward to this. This is the most disappointing. Such a professional place. I leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed.
This place is a rip off.... the masseuses are inexperienced... we paid for a deep tissue massage and it was definitely not what we got. They gave my mom a masseuse that just had neck surgery and told her they couldn’t do deep tissue even though that’s what she paid for. 4 of us went for massages and all of us were disappointed. My daughter complained and they told her we could come back and pay again. Not a good way to do business!
They cancel appointments last minute more than once. Make broken promises to fix it. Refuse to let you out of a contract they are not upholding. Will never go back. I have given them several chances to make it up and continued issues so done with them.
Just a mess ... there seems to be no communication between employees and the customer service is lacking.
I received a gift certificate from my daughter. I had an excellent experience.
