Maelyn was excellent. Great time management and good pressure. Not sure why other people have bad experiences here. The staff was great. Will definitely go again.
I joined, used the services every month and enjoyed it, needed it. Unfortunately I haven't been able to go in almost a year but have still payed my monthly dues. I have now made several phone requests, email requests and filled out a cancellation form to end my membership and discontinue payments. They refuse. I have been member with them for over a year. I have been enjoying going there for a facial treatment with my old therapist. But after she left the last two times were awful. I talked to the manager and it seems they are short on staff. But it didn't give the reason to hire not qualified people to give client awful experience. Here are some details why I feel this way.
