WARNING- do not get a membership here if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant within the year. Scheduling is a nightmare! The only people able to do prenatal massage are available during the day- no evening appointments. Massage Envy thinks pregnant women do not work/ have normal careers. I had to book an appointment 2 months in advance to get one at 6 PM only to have them call the night before and cancel!!! I show up for my massage and they have no therapist for me??? First visit not looking to good. 1/2 hour upgrade for my troubles??? Weak...You get one more shot. Manager needs customer service training.
Had an amazing massage from Clay today! My first time with a male masseuse & he was awesome!! I don't live in holly springs but I might have to make the trip to see him again!! Highly recommend Clay for a firm massage!
I was very upset. I asked when I made the appointment what the cost would be. After the session was over I paid for the visit. It was not what was quoted to me. I said so and I was told it was because I did not join and become a member. I replied that the lady who quoted the price to me did not say that. I was very disappointed in the attitude about this. It was the principle of the whole thing that upset me.
I have been twice in as many months. I stand all day at my job, so my IT bands are tight and they have helped with giving me relief. Also, I have 2 trigger points in my upper back and several muscle knots which they have already helped me with tremendously after just 2 one hour sessions. I think that is excellent. The only negatives I have found are it is difficult to get scheduled conveniently, even 2-3 weeks out and the hour session realistically is more like 45-50 minutes.
