Yesterday was the worst experience at this place...not sure if new management but it didn't start good because of their stupid policy . Manager told me that I was late 10 mins that they have to reschedule but I refused to be reschedule because I made an appointment and I took a day off. Besides I paid for an hour so my point is what happened to the rest of the hour. Can they do my facial service lil shorter? They didn't even ask until I told them I don't mind having 30 or 45 mins. My person is great "Daniel" and he finds all the spots to get me started a new week
I've only had 2 experiences. First was fine, 2nd very bad. Scheduled two spots together and they cancelled one on my kids 21st bday. I asked what can be done, can ached be juggled to make both spots at same time since they had to adjust many people already. Answer in short was no with a snotty tone. When I mentioned the tone, the employee got even ruder. No manager on site to handle problems. No back up plan for call outs just a ruined day.
I just went for first time yesterday and loved..definitely going again!
