RecommendedA long time Livermore member. Went to Tracy for first time. 4 months without a massage Tracy opened back up first. A+++ in my book super professional and clean. With the COVID thing was nervous but they made amazing adjustments and I felt very comfortable there. Therapist was amazing too.

My best friend and I went and got massages. Thy had asked if I was a member and explained I use to be and lost out on 5 massages I paid for. This was from like 4 years ago. They lady looked them up and turned out the location I signed up with was their sister store and the manager came in that day and got me my paid massages back! I was blown away. Can’t wait to go back
My first time here. I booked online. It asked questions so I answered. Was greeted really nicely,sat in another room and filled out some stuff on an iPad really quickly like what parts I’m ok with and not ok with and stuff like that. Then was promptly taken to a room that was playing relaxing spa music and dimmed lights and had a great massage. I hurt myself at work and needed a deep tissue shoulder massage. Used the online scheduling, received an email confirming the appointment. Got there, waited for 10 minutes, then asked to leave since I did not have an appointment due to a glitch on the system. No explanation, no respect for the customer. Worst place ever.
