The staff has scheduled our appointments wrong, and other times did not have appointments available to accommodate our needs. After rearranging our schedules this evening for our massage, only to be told we were not scheduled( I have the text message from this morning saying w had appointments at 6:00 and 6:30), I want my membership credit reimbursed and my membership canceled. Has a racist employee named Saige that likes to call African Americans “Niggas”on social media. Very disappointing to know this company hires such trash.
RecommendedI have had back pain for the past 2 1/2 years that has worsened over time. I received a massage from Saige almost two weeks ago that was totally tailored to my needs. I have been pain free since the massage. The space is beautifully decorated and clean. Ivy, the manager, cares about each persons experience and has very high standards for her team. I can’t wait to go back!
Had my first session today. I have so many pain issues to work through but I am feeling hopeful for the first time in a long time.

This was the best Christmas gift ever by my daughter and family, my mother passed away in November in 2017, i was under a lot stress. My massage was a great idea.. very relaxing
Took my mom in for a massage with Ashley B. She was excellent! Mom walked out of there so relieved of pain. Excellent customer service from front desk!
