My massage at this location was farrrrr better than my visit to IL. When I requested medium pressure, that's what I got. My therapist Michael was very accomodating. He was sure to make sure the pressure ok & not too intense. He was able to work out some kinks I had in my shoulders/back & focused exactly where I had requested. I felt like he was very aware of what I mentioned in regard to where I was having some tightness & he tried to alleviate the kinks just like I needed. Igor killed my deep tissue massage today! Loved every minute. He's good at communicating with the client and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Friendly front desk staff helped with some membership drama. Lovely location and employees! Keep up the good work.
No respect or care for their clients. Just another body on the table. Only care about receiving payment and getting tipped. And when a client has a bad experience its the clients fault not the company, management or employees!!! STAY AWAY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Before you get seriously hurt from neglect!

I've always had good therapists at this location … but it can take a few tries to find the one suited for you/ your needs. Almost always a satisfied customer!!
Staff amazing, amazing massages, they offer amazing products its simply amazing I go at least once a month and being a memeber you get a free hr each month!
