I have been going with my 89 yr old mom to several Massage Envy's around the valley. We recently moved to Tempe and wanted to establish an ongoing relationship with this location as they are the closest to our apartment. I had scheduled her 1st massage and facial appt on April 27th. Her aid dropped her off. She had gotten dizzy going into the appt and fell and hit her head.
