I canceled one appointment and it was taken out of my balance. They cancel an appointment on me and only give me $10 credit. Then I'm told the only way to cancel your membership before 12 months you have to move over 20 miles away from any massage envy location. What company does not let you quit your membership??

The staff at this one are really great, they make you feel welcomed . Will answer any questions you have if it is your first visit . I have had 2 sessions and it has helped me feel alot less anxiety . I highly recommend this place .
