I went in for a massage February 25th, my appointment was at 230, i was there at 2:15 and wasn't seen until 245, i had requested a female and was given a male, i was offered a membership and i was told i could cancel before my first payment was due, i called today to cancel and the receptionist said " i don't know what to tell you, you were told wrong ", apparently i can only freeze my membership for 6 months which if i do it tacks on an additional 6 months to my membership, i will never go back to massage envy not recommend... read more
My experience was amazing and I will be back! My massage therapist really hit the parts of my body that really bother me. Looking forward to my next visit and I'm wanting to try the stretch therapy!
