Worst customer service ever. Tried to cancel over and over. Thought we signed up for 6 month screwed us into a year. Then I get a call that they've been charging me for over a year and a half. I was told it auto renewed. I only use them twice. So let's see that two a month for 18 months, at 60 a piece. So they've stole almost 1100 from me. I keep telling them to cancel the account and they won't do it. Don't get screwed you can get a way better deal going anywhere else.
I have been a member of Massage Envy for seven years now----five in Texas before relocating here and two in Spokane. I have a standing appointment & always look forward to a great massage from my therapist. I think the girls at the front desk are exceptional, and they make the visit that much better. Job well done to the entire staff!
A great massage every time! Listen to my needs and address them. Feel recharged each time.
The therapists are good, but the staff at the front desk is hard to work with. They kept adding an extra month to our "one year" contract. 3 different staff members were working on our acct, trying to count months we've paid, and not one mentioned that we needed to fill out the 30 day cancellation form. I was supposed to remember to request it, since they "went over that with me" a year and a half ago! I told them clearly that I wanted to cancel, and no one gave me a cancellaton form. Ugh! They trick you into thinking you're getting some good deal with the member fee, enter your name in the computer incorrectly, make it impossible to schedule an appointment. ... and sign you up for a year membership when in fact you wanted a 6 month. But I guess since they can't spell your name right, what do you expect. The massage therapists all talk waayy to much, especially with their hands. (So they stop to talk with their hands instead of massage) and they aren't an hour long. Try 45 minutes. And kindly post in the room ... read more
