I have been a member for more than a year. They are the most professional staff I have dealt with. I get an amazing massage every three weeks. And would recommend a membership to anyone. I strongly disagree with the bad reviews on this site shame on you! Next time you decide to enter into a contract LISTEN and READ. Again professional staff and amazing massage therapist!!!

This place is a joke, don't allow them to suck you into their "membership. I unfortunately live under the poverty line because I made that stupid mistake. And to cancel "in term" I have to go around and around to get it done. Unbelievable. Absolutely worthless.
I would just say beware when signing up for any of their memberships. The way the contract reads and is explained versus how they try to enforce it are two very different things. The staff is nice and I have always been happy with the services, but their business practices as a whole are a bit questionable. I would not recommend a membership here.
Great front desk staff, super friendly and helpful. Therapist are knowledgeable and love what they are doing.
