Oh my! Where do I start! This locations has scammed me out of 17 massages - over $1000 ! The Manager Vivian is the worst ! I have called 10 days in a row and can’t schedule anything! And now I’m fighting for fair service ! I’m having to get a lawyer involved ! I can’t cancel my subscription bc I have over 36 total massages !! I am trying to get my membership changed to belmar !! Don’t get involved with this southwest massage envy! I would love to get the owners Information and let them know this awful business running!!

I’ll start by saying the manager Shannon is extremely rude and unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I wanted to cancel my membership I had just set up to save money. I was told at the time of setup that was a reason you could cancel your membership. When I told Shannon I wanted to cancel, she originally told me a manager had to be around to cancel the membership and asked my reasoning for cancellation, I told Shannon that was my reason was lack of funds, her rebuttal was "well didn't you know that would be a problem w... read more

The staff is amazing. But the owner is horrible. She is not paying her employees in a timely manner. Do not tip your therapist on a credit card only cash as they may never see the money.
