They will keep your money when you cancel, not render any services for the money you've already paid in when you cancel, and then tell you that YOU, the customer, are NOT the reason they are in business. This all really happened on 12/10/14. The manager on duty, Carissa, has a strange way of showing gratitude for the patronage of those in her community. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.
