Terrie is the best massage therapist. She always gives helpful hints and she is extremely knowledgeable. The staff is awesome at this location as well.
I have been a member originally at Blakeney Location but I kept on going to Ballantyne location as I feel I found my therapist there and his name is Tim.This past week I decided to try out another location which is the south park and I had robert. Been a member for 2 years. Never once have I been able to schedule an appointment in less than a week. After being disappointed with my service my husband called to cancel and the Manager told us we had a month to use my three and half massages that I had on file and when I called to use them they said they expired them. Not only was the manager not willing to help me but he wouldn't let me use the 3 massages that I ALREADY paid for !!!!!!
