I’m so disappointed, I Was just told by the charlotte massage envy that I can’t let both girls go to their appointment tomorrow that I can only donate 1 hour per month! Then why did they allow me to make the two appointments knowing they were for my 2 granddaughters?? So now I have to cancel them because I can’t choose which one that can’t go. My boyfriend got me a gift card here for my birthday and i was a little unsure of what to expect. I scheduled my appt less than 24 hours in advance and had a 60 min massage with Shaundra - it was phenomenal! Kiya was working the front desk and immediately assisted me. Amazing customer service and I have never felt more relaxed!

Michael asked what areas needed attention. I said my legs, he didn’t even touch my quad. He started 19 minutes late (he was talking to some other dude about a birthday cake right in front of me, making me late and then the staff had to complain about my daughter being with me for 14 minutes) it was the worst massage I’ve ever experienced.
