it was my first time at a massage envy. they booked me an appointment quickly, the atmosphere was nice, clean and friendly. my issue was the therapist talked through the entire massage about her life. I want to come to decompress and relax. the massage was ok but I was so focused on the constant chit chat I never relaxed.
We've had a reservation at this location for more than a month for a couples massage that was confirmed three times including yesterday. The location called us today (day of the reservation) to tell us that either one of us or neither of us could get the massage. This is incredibly unprofessional of the location and based on other reviews it seems this is a common practice. Buyer Beware!
Great Customer Service! Danielle is amazing! Called in to transfer one of my membership hours to a client that just lost her husband and found out that my membership was messed up! She fixed it and took care of the whole situation!!! SHE IS AMAZING!!!
Have been fortunate to be a client of Massage Envy South Jordan .Five years . In these 5 years the facility has always had high standards of cleanliness and well organized . The therapist are very professional , friendly , well trained and listen to achieve the best result . I have a massage weekly for medical purposes . Helps so much with pain. I am a brand new mom and barley get any time for myself. I booked an appointment and when I arrived was told that they didn’t save my appointment or booked over my appointment. I am so frustrated that I not only have to drive 15 minutes and and pay for a babysitter for nothing. I have never been more frustrated in my life! On top of that the front desk girl was so rude. Really wanted to give my husband a wonderful early Father’s Day gift... even with email and phone confirmation they called Day of to tell me the appointment would not be as planned and we could either change it or cancel. So mad!!! Their excuse “the computer must not of updated” �
