Excellent customer service at south elgin. Massage therapists really care about giving you 100% satisfaction
No lunch breaks on or off the clock. (Illegal) Always understaffed. A coworker made sexually harassing comments to me and mike the owner laughed it off he was in the room when it happened.
My first experience was great so I did the membership. That was a mistake. Very poor customer service when their employees mess up!
Excellent service at the front desk. Very friendly staff. Megan is a great massage therapist.
