have membership with location such a long time. I have set up my appointments over the phone. They are completely lying about my appointment and charging my credits. also Manager Maria hang up the phone on my twice plus told me that I am a liar. this is how you talk to your customer? I am very disappointed of Maria`s behavior. she is a manager at this location but no customer service. I guess one star is also more for this rude behavior. Owner has to train staff on customer service. horrible managed location.

I love everything about ME South Elgin! From the friendly, amazing staff that always greet me with a welcoming smile to both Billy and Jaimi Lynn! I have never received a facial anywhere else that comes close to Jaimi Lynn’s technique and experience. Betty is awesome! I went in barely able to move my arm and shoulder from a pulled muscle and I left (after almost falling asleep because I was so relaxed) feeling so much better! i recommend her to all in pain!
