Terrible customer service at this franchise, owner and member service specialist are very rude. Requests were never responded or resolved. Had to contact another franchise for support to get my home site transferred due to an error on their part that they would not admit to. I'm happy with my new home site.

RecommendedI had a massage from Michael for my birthday and it was the best massage I have ever received. I love how he incorporated stretches into my massage-it helped immensely with my muscle tension. I wish I could take him home with me, I will be back. Thanks for always taking good care of me and can't wait to see you again!
Worst massage of my life. Felt more like a back rub you get at nap time in preschool. Tim was my “masseuse”. I just wanted it to end the entire time I was there.
I had a great first time experience with them. Much less expensive than some of the other places around here. The only thing missing was a scent. I want to smell something aromatic while getting massages. My therapist was amazing....everyone was kind from check in to check out and the place was very clean and inviting/relaxing. I would definitely recommend. I also used a gift card with ease!!!
Had a great aromatherapy massage and foot scrub.
Just had a total body stretch. Ahhhmazing...here for spring break and in pain from repetitive work. Got all the tight spots worked out... thanks
