RecommendedI scheduled my appointment and they were so nice, friendly and helpful. My therapist was amazing and really helped me with some problem areas. I left feeling so relaxed and all my pain and tension were gone. Im signing up for the monthly plan so I can feel this good all the time. Very highly recommend.

the front desk personal were unprofessional and messed up our reservation and then had the nerve to talk about is customer as if it was our fault, on my birthday!

I've been going to massage envy on and off for many years. My amazing husband got us a membership and we both love it. I used one of my credits for a facial and it was one of the best facials I've had, ever. Marliss was amazing, she made great recommendations, she is very knowledgeable, and for once my skin didn't get a bad reaction. She held a great convo and was very gentle and professional.
Rhiannon Bransford as well as her employee Jamila are greedy. Very unprofessional, unskilled, heartless, & unethical. They have employees who dont have there licences to be a massage therapist and are working with some that have expired license. Never go to that place , they refuse the same sheets over and over on other clients. One time as I got a massage I found lipstick and a oil spot from the person who got a massage prior to me. This place is disgusting and not sanitary one bit
