How dare you charge me $80.00 today for a massage I will not receive until this pandemic is over. I have lost employment, and your business needs to suspend all charges for sessions people can not receive. Businesses are doing this all over the world. I would never recommend your business to anyone and will give you terrible reviews continually until you stop charging people for services they will not be able to use. SHAME ON YOU!

The front desk staff always greets me with a smile and positive attitude. I went in with Cassandra and she is by far the best massage therapist I’ve gone to. I highly recommend Massage Envy to those looking for an amazing all around experience. Especially the Rye Brook location.
Loved the service and will be back love my trainer Janice i think that her name and i want her each time i go. And the people at the front Desk was so helpful and very nice and repectful and offer u water with or without lemon the vibe is so comfortable.Never Had a massege in my life and it was so relaxing and the music and peaceful.
