This was my first visit to a Massage Envy. I came for a facial. Taylor did an amazing job. It was relaxing and my face never felt better. She gave me a plan with products to use and I cannot wait to start using them. I'll definitely be back again!
What a great Massage Envy and at a wonderful location. The front desk staff is awesome and the tea in the sitting room a nice touch. Caron is my therapist and he is amazing, knowledgeable, and very professional. I can't wait for my next session.
Had appt at 4pm at Massage Envy Rotunda....guy (Jim) shows up at 4:10 then another 5min to get ready then massage stops at 10 mins of 5pm. Did not get Massage... Had movie ticket for aftereards..Now if your late its a problem, if u cancel you have to pay.. Not acceptable at all! Been member over 3yrs now and all i get is im sorry.. NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL! Messed my day up.. was so looking forward to massage and movie...
