I had a deep tissue massage this week with John and it was fantastic. Still feeling it today. Can't wait to go back.
Asked for deep massage on back. The employee told me she doesn't do deep. I guess there was nobody else available ? Why offer the service if they cannot provide what I asked for ? I feel like I wasted my money and time

Really like Massage Envy. Reasonable prices. Male or female workers. You can ask for soft or hard massages.
Very relaxing massage. Good customer service. They do try to sell the monthly commitment but otherwise it is clean and staff is helpful.
I am not as impressed with this location as other Massage Envy sites. I have not found a therapist that I am particularly fond of and they do not allow you to split prepaid massages. You are stuck using two hours for a 1.5 hour massage or paying additionally out of your pocket.
