Asked for deep massage on back. The employee told me she doesn't do deep. I guess there was nobody else available ? Why offer the service if they cannot provide what I asked for ? I feel like I wasted my money and time

I love this place! The girls in the front desk are always so nice and helpful. And the massage therapist are amazing. The membership is definitely worth it!
Very overpriced if you are not member. My massage was 45min you sign up for hr massage they tell you it's only 50min 5min to undress 5 min to dress. Feel if you are spending that much money you should deserve your full hr.
