As a previous Employee at this particular ME location in Rolling Hills, I have experienced discomfort in this "racist" environment! Although, I am African American... The numerous racist comments on numerous occasions against "Mexicans" made me very uncomfortable. I was the only black woman out of 7 other white women at the front desk. I love the Rolling Hills Estates Massage Envy! I’ve been a member for 2 years. “Day” is the best massage therapist! Everyone there is very nice too! I have been getting 90 min massages once a week.
The worst location! Not only does the owner Jill Karrenbrock have a horrible reputation she runs a sloppy business. She isn't sensitive to clients request and confidentiality and only cares about money. My massage therapist talked back to me and was late and they didn't compensate me for time lost. They are still testing the new facials which suck and charge you. I would never recommend this place to residents in the area.

I am a faithful biweekly client, and have been for two years. This is an investment in my health, and I so appreciate the healing hands of my therapist Diana.
