Horrible customer service and bad therapist, save your money.
True and honestly I haven’t had much luck with Franchise massage places but I can tell you that being in the biz for a decade and a half, I was blown away with “Customer experience” the second I called to the second I left!! I was so happy when I left (partially because I was massage drunk) that I signed up and can’t wait to start doing things for myself again. It’s been 5 years and it’s time to get back to me again!! I LOVED IT!! BEN WAS AMAZING!!

Amy is a magical goddess! I travel from Brooklyn Park just to see her! She had very good technique and is very strong, especially for her small stature! Highly recommend!

Great place for a massage - front desk staff and Sue (manager) were accommodating, understanding and extremely helpful. Dan did such a great job! Definitely will be back.
Massage Envy - stay away from this business. Shady practices and awful customer service. A place that doesn't let you out of a 12 month contract, three months in when you're dissatisfied with the service and policies. It is not as if they have staffed out for a year. Unscrupulous.
