I’ve been going for about 9 months now. Customer service is awesome, new client package is worth it. They have a variety of therapists to choose from. I had a massage from Ethan today and he is great! At least give them a try! 😀

I went in hoping a massage would alleviate my pain. After talking with the therapist about my main concerns for this particular visit, I left with one of main concerns unaddressed. I’m not sure if I didn’t communicate my concerns clearly or the therapist just neglected my concerns. Either way I don’t think I’ll be returning to that location. The prices were a little high even with the “so called membership”!
I had my first professional massage at this location today. The front desk staff member (I'm so sorry I can't remember the name of the woman who helped me because she was great!) was very friendly & helpful, she made sure I understood everything and made me feel very comfortable. My massage was with Taylor, she did a great job, it was very relaxing & worth while to relieve muscle tension. I will definitely go back soon! Thank you!!
The first time I went in was great as I had a gift card for a massage. However when I called today to arrange an appointment at the Rockrimmon location the woman named Shawna was very short and impatient on the phone. She was snide and did not in any way exude the type of behavior you would expect from a place that provides relaxation. I truly hope this is not the type of service I will be receiving going forward.
