The customer service policy here or lack thereof is atrocious! I called both Wednesday and Thursday requesting 2 appointments for 2 weeks from now and no one called me back! In my second message I stated that even if you don't have an appointment available , to please call and let me know ..... nothing. It is customer service 101 to respond to an inquiry .It's okay though, I will take my business elsewhere to a place that wants it.
